Creative, cost effective, prototype and production quality molds have been a core skill and success factor for Sunshar. Sunshar is known a effective design and quality mold construction will be the key to ensure the quality of part, reduce the mold costs, shorten the manufacturing time.

Precision and accuracy level of the highest level is maintained at the processing department at Sunshar Mold. The lead time for any kind of mold processing ranges from few hours to 24 hours at the most. After each and every operation, a check point is maintained where the component (mold) is checked for any errors. Once all the operations are carried out, a thorough quality check is performed. This check ensures that the dimensions of the molds manufactured are same as the dimensions specified in the designs. Tolerance is also maintained and all dimensions must be within the tolerance limit. The dimension controlling is the most crucial factor at the time of mold making .

Hot Runner Standard: Mold Master, Synventive, Incoe, Husky, HRS, Yudo, etc.

Surface Finishing / Texture:
SPI Standard,VDI Standard, Mold-Tech, Yick-Sang, etc

STEEL HARDNESS MEASUREMENT

The mold steel and a properl hardness will
effect the tool life and surface finishing.
At Sunshar, every components will have a
Test after heat treatment to ensure the
quality of tool life.

 

Precision Machining is a process to remove material from a workpiece while holding close tolerance finishes. The precision machine has many types, including milling, turning, grinding EDM and wire EDM and much more..

At Sunshar, we use advanced equipment to offer you a very precision machining service. Tolerances of ±.002mm well within our capability on grinding and wire EDM. Close tolerances of ±.01 are achieved routinely on the machine.

Suface Finish and Texture:

The purpose of Mold polishing and texture is improving the plastic parts appearance, so that products show more changes and new concept for people's aesthetic.

At Sunshar, we follow the SPI standard and VDI3400 standard. The SPI Standard from A1 mirror finish to D3 Rough finish and the Texture have horning and etching. We can provid the appearance of leather, wood, stipple and sand etc.
